Consisting of 4800 square feet (70x56) Columbus is the largest of the meeting spaces we offer. It is equipped with a built-in stage, a sound system and additional technology. Anything from conferences and presentations to banquets and personal celebrations, Columbus makes a great space to host a wide range of events. Natural light and a great view of Polaris Parkway are enjoyed through the large windows throughout the space.

The Scarlet/Gray/Buckeye room(s) is the second largest meeting space available with 3081 square feet (79x39). This space can be kept as one continuous area or be divided into 2 or 3 smaller rooms. With the ability to be arranged to meet the needs of your event, Scarlet/Gray/Buckeye is perfect for an abundance of purposes.

Cardinal Room

Cardinal is the smallest of the rooms we offer, consisting of 320 square feet (25x11); an intimate setting for corporate and private business meetings. The room offers a spacious conference table, comfortable seating, and a flat screen tv. The secluded location of the room also provides for a private environment. Have members of your party that can’t make it in person? The terrific conferencing technology available in Cardinal makes video conferencing easy.
